As a successful 1-Euro-Discounter TEDi carries a social responsibility. For that reason, we want to share a part of our success with those who have not always been that lucky.
GreenBuilding
Since February 2010, we are partners of the GreenBuilding-Program of the European Union. It certifies commercial properties, which comply with the strict standards in terms of energy efficiency and utilization of renewable energy.
Foundation
Since 2007 we support the foundation help and hope. The priorities of the foundation’s work in Germany are set in the support of children regarding their future, their social state, their health, education and nutrition.
CHEP-System
To protect the environment and conserve valuable resources, we participate in the pooling system in part of the company CHEP. Here, the pallets and containers that are put into circulation by the company are regularly recollected, sterilized and brought again into circulation. In this way, many trees are protected from deforestation.
GOGREEN
With each letter and parcel sent by post TEDi makes an active contribution to environmental protection, because since the beginning of 2011 we participate in the GOGREEN shipping service of the Deutsche Post and DHL.
