To meet its expansion goals, TEDi is constantly on the lookout for new store locations in interesting locales where people buy everyday products, e.g. well-frequented inner-city locations, pedestrian zones, specialty store centres, shopping centres or in the entrance areas of large self-service department stores and supermarkets. TEDi is an interesting complement to the overall product offering and draws hundreds of customers every day, which also benefits the commercial environment.
Existing building or new construction project for lease, as well as land for purchase
Pedestrian zone, inner-city class A or B locations, inner-city districts with high traffic circulation, specialty stores, shopping centers and malls, and entrance areas in self-service department stores
Grocery discounters, supermarkets, pharmacies, fabric and shoe store chain stores
More than 15,000 residents in urban center
A minimum of 350 square meters retail space and approximately 25 square meters additional space, or starting at 300 square meters retail space and up in pedestrian zones and locations with high customer traffic, and, depending on the commercial environment
Minimum of 15 square meters in front of property
Minimum of 11 meters storefront, including display window
Minimum of 15 parking spaces in front of building, exceptions for inner-city locations
Ground floor, no steps, in high-frequency locations, or ground floor or 1st floor in large areas
Alternate arrangements per mutual agreement.
